Request a Photo Shoot

$50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of photo shoot, home is not ready for photos upon photographer's arrival or photographer is unable to gain access to the property at scheduled time. Exceptions made if rescheduling due to bad weather. Don't worry if the sun isn't out. Overcast days are great for shooting interiors and we will photoshop blue sky into the exteriors. We may recommend rescheduling due to heavy rain or heavy snow if it will effect the quality of our photos or safety getting to the home.

We have 3 photographers located in Albertville, Bloomington and Golden Valley Minnesota. We service Minneapolis as well as the West, Northwest and South Suburbs. Travel fees may apply to properties in other areas. You will be notified prior to scheduling of any travel fees.

Rooms and angles photographed left to the discretion of the photographer unless specifically requested prior to or at the shoot. Home should be photo ready upon photographer's arrival. Photographer is not responsible for unwanted objects in photos and is not responsible for cleaning or staging the home.

You represent that you have the authority to allow us entry to the property, permit us to take photographs and will provide safe and reasonable means of access.

Photos will be delivered by noon the following business day. Friday shoots are delivered Monday. While we will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for floor plans, twilight photos, Matterport and virtual staging.

Payment is due upon delivery of the completed photos.

Residential Real Estate Licensing Agreement:
Upon payment, Boulevard Photography, LLC grants you permission to post the photographs taken on the MLS and use in marketing materials for both the property and yourself. You may also share photos with your sellers for their personal use. Copyright remains with Boulevard Photography, LLC. You may not transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to use these photographs without our written permission. (Examples - You may send your sellers copies of their photos to be used as a remembrance of their home. Additional parties such as stagers and builders must contact Boulevard Photography, LLC in order to license the images if they wish to use in their own marketing.)

A $50 late charge will be added to all unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days and your rights to use the photos are terminated until payment is received.
